Meditation Club

The meditation club we practice varying forms of sitting meditation, including guided and silent. We may look into practicing walking meditation as we move through the semester. Meditations last anywhere from 15 to about 30 minutes. In meditation we are practicing self-awareness, or mindfulness by just noticing how our minds wander and coming back to this moment.
