Yoga for the Winter Blues

Dissolve stress, strengthen, and reenergize with this yoga practice. Sherrill Stenson's teaching style reveals a warm and compassionate presence and is reflective of 24 years’ experience. Feelings of success are encouraged regardless of skill level. Course includes the classic salutation to encourage energy flow and warm up, eight standing postures for strength and stability, tension relieving flor postures, and meditation.
