To celebrate Homecoming, current and former members of the Western community and their families and friends are invited to join us at the Gunnison Valley Observatory for Western night!  Drop in anytime between 8:00 and 10:00 PM for a chance to view through our iconic 30” telescope and a variety of smaller scopes, and to visit our astronomy museum.  See Saturn’s rings, craters of the Moon, and more!  The Observatory is located at 2804 County Road 38 – on the left just before Hartman Rocks.  For more information about the Gunnison Valley Observatory visit www.gunnisonvalleyobservatory.org.
