Public Health is going to come in and offer low/no cost flu shots to students, faculty, and staff from 11 am - 1 pm on Wednesday, Oct. 14 from 11 am - 1 pm in the UC South Conference Room. If you have questions, please contact 970-641-3244

Here's a couple reminders:

- Please bring a HARD COPY of your insurance card with your ID to confirm information.
 

-$25 for the vaccine if you are uninsured - but, we will not turn you away due to lack of ability to pay
 

- Cash, checks, & credit cards accepted
