Western’s Earth Week begins on Sunday. After a missing last year’s events, the students are excited to host these events. Many thanks to the Organics Guild, Western Solar Society, Sustainability Coalition, Water Channel, Western’s Zero Waste team, the Jam Club, LEAD Sustainability & the Sustainability Action Committee for hosting so many events. And, Gunnison’s Annual Community Cleanup is on Saturday, April 24 at 9 am (Jorgenson Park), which is a nice bookend to the week.
